A private 90-day engagement with two working sessions each month, direct access to Amanda between sessions, and a roadmap built around what you want to accomplish.

Monthly 90-Minute Strategy Session
Once a month, we step back and look at the business as a whole: what has changed, what is working, what needs attention, and what you want to accomplish next.
We make the decisions that need to be made, set the priorities for the month, and map the work ahead.
Team members or key collaborators can join when it is useful to have them in the conversation.

Monthly Working Session
One additional session each month to go deeper on a specific decision, opportunity, problem, or piece of the plan.
Use this time to pressure-test an idea, work through an issue, review something before it goes live, or get another set of experienced eyes on a decision before you commit time or money to it.

Direct Support Between Sessions
You have direct access to Amanda between sessions for questions, updates, and decisions that come up while you are doing the work.
You do not have to hold a question for three weeks simply because it did not come up on a scheduled call.

The roadmap lays out the specific priorities, steps, sequence, decisions, and responsibilities required to reach the outcome you defined.
